Biography

Lunshu CHEN is a PhD student candidate in the State Key Laboratory of Internet of Things for Smart City and the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, University of Macau. His research focuses on the control and hardware-in-the-loop technologies for dispatching large-scale flexible resources. Specifically, he leverages IoT technology to dispatch flexible resources within buildings (e.g., air conditioners) to enhance power grid resilience under fluctuating renewable energy conditions. He has published research papers as the first author in SCI Q1 Top journals, including IEEE Transactions on Power Systems, IEEE Transactions on Industrial Informatics, and Energy.
